WestCare The Village South

Case Studies

Project description

Challenge:
WestCare Village South, a nonprofit providing addiction treatment and behavioral health services, needed outreach materials that could connect with vulnerable communities across South Florida. Their message had to be clear, compassionate, and visible in both community publications and high-traffic public spaces.

Solution:
We designed a multi-channel campaign that included full-page print ads for the Broward County Family Resource Guide as well as large-format transit advertising displayed in Miami-Dade Metrorail stations. The creative paired approachable photography with simple, powerful headlines and a bold helpline number, ensuring that people in crisis could immediately see where to turn for help.

Results:
The campaign gave WestCare a stronger public presence and extended their message to diverse audiences where it mattered most—on public transit, in community resource guides, and in neighborhood hubs. By combining print and outdoor media, the outreach drove awareness of critical services and made help more accessible to individuals and families in need.
